Shipping & Returns Policy

1. Shipping Information

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Delivery Time

We offer worldwide shipping. Estimated delivery time is approximately 10–14 business days, depending on the destination country.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, carrier delays, peak seasons, public holidays, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Delays caused by external factors do not entitle the customer to cancel the order or claim compensation while the shipment is still in transit.

Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Customs & Import Duties

For international shipments, customs duties, import taxes, or additional charges may apply depending on your country’s regulations.


2. Incorrect Address, Refused or Uncollected Shipments

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address, including full name and correct mailbox/doorbell labeling where required.

We are not responsible for delivery failure due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address information
  • Missing recipient name on mailbox or doorbell
  • Refusal of the shipment
  • Failure to collect the parcel from a pickup point
  • Customer relocation

If a shipment cannot be delivered for the above reasons, no refund will be issued.

If the parcel is returned to us, we may offer reshipment at the customer’s expense once the returned goods have been received and inspected.

If the parcel is not returned to us and is disposed of by the carrier, the order is considered fulfilled and no refund will be granted.


3. Right of Withdrawal – 30 Days

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 30 days from the date of delivery.

Return Conditions

  • Items must be unused and in original condition
  • Items must be returned in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.

Refunds

Refunds will only be processed after the returned goods have been received and inspected.

Once approved, refunds will be issued within 7–10 business days using the original payment method.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.


4. Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographic evidence.

If a shipment is officially confirmed as lost by the carrier, we will offer either a replacement or a refund.
