How do I upload photos and videos?

Connect the frame to your computer with the USB cable and transfer your files directly to the device. For best results, use 1920x1080 max in landscape mode and 480×854 max in portrait mode. To play photos and videos in order, name them 01, 02, 03,...

Does it rotate automatically?

Yes, the frame supports both portrait and landscape viewing with auto rotation.

Does it have sound?

Yes, it has a built-in speaker for video playback.

Does it need Wi-Fi or an app?

No, no Wi-Fi or app is needed.

How long does the battery last?

The built-in rechargeable battery lasts about 3–4 hours on a full charge. Charging time is about 1 hour. Battery life may vary depending on brightness, volume, and playback mode.

What formats are supported?

It supports common video formats such as MP4, AVI, and MOV and picture formats such as JPG and PNG.

Errors

Why does “File not supported” appear?

This usually means the video format or resolution is not compatible with the frame.

Use common formats such as MP4, AVI, or MOV for videos and JPG or PNG for photos.

Photos or Videos need to have a max resolution of 480×854 pixels for portrait mode and max 1920×1080 pixels for landscape mode.

You can easily change the resolution of your files for free using simple tools such as CapCut, Canva or online video/image resizers.

Why is my video rotated or not full screen in portrait mode?

Photos or Videos need to have a max resolution of 480×854 pixels for portrait mode and max 1920×1080 pixels for landscape mode.

If the resolution is too high for portrait mode, the file may automatically play in landscape mode instead.
